Charlie Chaplin is a striking heirloom tomato variety, grown for its unusual shape, rich pink colour, and full old-fashioned flavour. It produces large beefsteak fruits with deep accordion-like lobes, making it one of those varieties that instantly stands out in the garden and on the table.
The fruits are fleshy, rewarding, and full of character, with a rounded classic tomato taste that suits fresh eating, slicing, and simple home dishes. It’s a variety for growers who enjoy something a little different, while still wanting strong flavour and dependable harvests.
Plants are indeterminate, vigorous, and productive, carrying heavy crops through the season. A lovely choice for home growers and collectors who appreciate unusual forms without losing the pleasure of a great-tasting tomato.
