The Antigua eggplant is a distinct, heirloom variety of eggplant (Solanum melongena) originating from the Caribbean
Appearance: Features a white or light lavender background marked by distinct streaks and stripes of soft violet and lavender. Fruits typically grow about 8 to 12 inches (20 to 30 cm) long and weigh around 200 to 300 grams.
Flesh & Flavor: Creamy white flesh that is tender, mild, and notably sweet or non-bitter. The skin is thin and edible.
