Interior: Deep burgundy-red, dense, meaty flesh with minimal seeds.
Flavor: Rich, sweet, and aromatic with a balanced, old-fashioned umami kick.
Plant Growth: Vigorous, wispy-leafed, indeterminate vines that can grow over 6 feet (1.8 to 2+ meters) tall and require sturdy staking or cages.
